DPG Media haalt advertentieverkoop binnen haar nieuws- en magazine-apps uit open market

As of November 1, 2024, DPG Media will no longer offer ad space in the apps of its news and magazine titles via the open market. Advertising purchases for apps such as NU.nl, AD, de Volkskrant, Libelle, and Margriet will now only be available through direct buying, private deals, or DPG Media's own Ad Manager platform. By eliminating the open market, where ad space is sold globally via auction without direct contact between publishers and advertisers, DPG Media aims to focus on direct collaboration with advertisers.
